Mixed Martial Arts (sign up for upcoming seminar here)
Students may train during Adult TKD (tue. and thur 8-9pm), open gym (Mon. and Wed. 7-8pm) or schedual private lessons.
These classes focus on
Conditioning (Cardiovascular, Flexibility, Mental)
Body Positioning (Leverage, Foot work, Body motion)
Striking techniques (Taekwondo, boxing, kickboxing)
Ground techniques (Judo, Hapkido, wrestling)
